I'm a technology leader based in Paris, originally from Côte d'Ivoire. I've spent 12+ years building systems that need to work — reliably, at scale, for real people — from mobile payment infrastructure across West Africa to cloud observability tools used by thousands of engineers worldwide.

At AWS, I sit at the intersection of engineering, product, and sales. I help our teams build world-class observability services while working backwards from real customer problems to make them succeed. I lead an internal community of 400+ cloud operations specialists, and I represent AWS publicly through open source, writing, and conference talks.

I care deeply about open source — not as a side project, but as a discipline. The tools I build aim to reduce friction, improve reliability, and make the right thing the easy thing.
